Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is expired at the time of receipt

2. Request Process

Customers must:

  • Provide order details and photographic evidence of the issue

3. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as:

  • Store credit for future purchases OR
  • Refund to the original payment method (within 5-7 business days)

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where the issue was due to customer error (wrong address, incorrect order selection)
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or altered
  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Kuwait. Some areas may have extended delivery times.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary based on location and order size. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability for delivery
    We will attempt one redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled with no refund.

5. Order Tracking

Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
